At Affordable PartsWorld 1999 Ltd (Affordable PartsWorld) we offer easy delivery options for your purchases.
Most purchases will be dispatched within one day following payment of your order.
If your item is large and requires removal from a vehicle, timeframes may be extended. Please check with us if this is the case for your purchase.
North Island parcels should be received within 2 days of dispatch, South Island parcels can take 3 to 4 days. Rural deliveries may take longer to arrive.
Pick up is available on all our items from our Henderson office. Please contact us prior to your arrival to ensure your item is ready.
What will delivery of my item cost?
Delivery charges will be calculated for your order and shown as a separate charge before entering your payment details. For some bulky or difficult items you may need to request a freight price prior to making your purchase. Rural deliveries will cost extra.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
If you are home you will be asked to sign for your parcel. The courier will not leave the parcel if a signature is required and you are not home.
If you provide us with “permission to leave” and give instruction as to where to leave your parcel, we can arrange delivery when you are not home.
Our delivery service is available within New Zealand to physical residential and commercial addresses only. Our couriers cannot deliver to a P O Box.
If sending to a commercial address, please provide us the name of the business.
For delivery to an offshore agent please enter the details of your shipping agent. Affordable Partsworlds responsibility for the product would cease on delivery of your order to your agent. All charges will be made in $NZD.
For direct delivery to an offshore location, please enquire as to the options available for your specific part and destination. All charges will be made in $NZD.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please contact us with your order number and we will track and trace your item(s). In the unlikely event that your item(s) goes missing, Affordable Partsworld will endeavor to replace or refund the item.
What if the wrong item(s) have been sent? Or my order is damaged?
Contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the situation promptly.
If the fault is ours, we will arrange collection of the incorrect item and ship the correct item to you or refund you if a replacement cannot be found.
If the fault is yours, return the incorrect item to us at your cost, once received we will replace or refund as required.
If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately.
From time to time we may experience delays to our normal service. For example during COVI-19 Lockdown periods and during the festive season when couriers are in high demand.
